About You:

As our Business Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving growth across all our direct-to-consumer and marketplace sales channels, like Amazon and Home Depot. You know your way around DTC (and maybe even B2B) brands and can navigate e-commerce operations like a pro.
In this role, you’ll be part of crafting sales strategies, planning key initiatives, and executing the daily operational moves that directly influence revenue and brand performance. Duties / Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to develop and present sales proposals, quotes, and pricing options.
- Manage, maintain, and expand relationships with various sales channels.
- Ensure all product listings meet platform guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and live across all sales channels like Amazon, Home Depot, Shopify, etc.
- Manage sales activities (promotional events) with partners to generate revenue.
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Track key metrics and generate reports for different sales channels and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and implement improvements to operational workflows for efficiency.
- Assist with all operational tasks including product launches, factory communication, and monitoring international logistics by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Attend tradeshows/ other marketing or promotional events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university in Business Management or similar field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience with Business Operations/Development, E-commerce Operations, or related roles.
- Experience managing multi-channel operations.
- Preferred: Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace and Home Depot.
- Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting
- Understanding of product life cycle and consumer behavior.
- Solid business acumen that drives logical operational decisions.
- Takes initiative even in uncertainty, able to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication, analytical, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional time management to meet deadlines and goals.
- Eager and willing to learn and deeply understand the needs of the business.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
