Purpose
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving business growth by analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Tasks
- Work with the External Account Managers and global brand team in the internal coordination of brand activities
- Evaluate current sales processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Recommend and implement process changes to optimize sales operations performance, such as streamlining sales stages or automating tasks
- Support pricing analysis through alignment with Account Manager and Finance
- Measure the impact of process changes on sales performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and PDC, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Develop and document Best Practices/SOPs for Sales Support function
- Participate or lead customer meetings and internal account team meetings,
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensuring accountability across teams.
- Track progress of ongoing projects, identifying risks or delays, and proactively driving resolution.
- Support in documenting sales and revenue forecasts
- Utilize Supply Chain Management/Finance expertise to ensure alignment to standards and policy (Incoterms, Currency, VAT, PE Risk, etc.)
- Coordinate support requests to operations and PDC support resources.
- Leverage Power BI to transform raw sales data into strategic intelligence that drives sales performance.
