Job Description:
- Expert in Apex (classes, triggers, async patterns: Queueables, Futures, Batch Apex).
- Very strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWCs) for UI capture of projected volumes, incentive selection, etc.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including custom objects, master–detail relationships, field-level security, and performance considerations.
- Experience building complex calculation engines inside Salesforce.
- Strong SOQL/SOSL optimization skills (selective filters, avoiding non‑selective queries).
Conga CPQ (For Salesforce)
- Experience implementing configuration flows, Price Lists, and Quote Line structure.
- Ability to design and manage:
- Custom CPQ objects (Incentive Config, Incentive Snapshot)
- CPQ Approval Matrix logic and rules
- Quote versioning and snapshot consistency
- Good understanding of CPQ data flows and Quote lifecycle triggers.
Expertise Needed for OVE Logic (VERY SPECIFIC)
Data & Calculation Architecture
- Ability to model multi-year projections (1–5 years) across multiple booking types.
- Experience implementing financial formulas (Examples: ACV, TCV, NPV, revenue/cost splits).
- Ability to design deterministic, auditable calculation logic with versioning.
Incentives & Tiering Systems
- Experience building:
- Tiered thresholds (min/max)
- Multipliers
- Bonus logic
- Product or revenue type segmentation
- Strong understanding of lookup flows (Territory → Segment → Incentive Model → Scheme → Tiers).
