Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations, including Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Approval Workflows, and Email Templates
• Design scalable BML solutions and Commerce/Configuration layout frameworks aligned with client business requirements
• Architect and implement integrations between CPQ and third-party systems (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics) using SOAP/REST APIs
• Drive CPQ administrative activities: environment setup, data table management, file manager, user/group management, parts creation, and CSS customization
• Perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA) on production issues and lead debugging sessions across the full CPQ stack
• Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring development quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Own technical design documentation throughout the development lifecycle and present solutions to senior client stakeholders
• Manage and resolve Oracle Technical Service Requests (TSRs) from initiation to closure
• Collaborate across onshore/offshore teams and independently own assigned deliverables with minimal supervision
• Support code migration activities and maintain robust version/data source control practices
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud experience across 3 or more successful enterprise implementations
• Deep expertise in BML scripting, Configuration Rules, Commerce Processes, and Document Designer
• Proven experience with CPQ-to-CRM/ERP integrations using SOAP and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of CPQ administrative functions including environment management and CSS customization
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical workstreams on client engagements
