Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Revenue Operations Specialist at Clento AI. In this role, you will manage day-to-day revenue operations tasks, such as analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance revenue generation. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure operational alignment, monitor metrics, and drive efficiency for client acquisition and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, metrics tracking, and deriving actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and project management platforms
- Experience in sales process optimization, lead management, and pipeline performance evaluation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills across teams
- Adaptability to working remotely and effectively managing time in a virtual environment
- Prior experience in revenue operations, sales, or related fields is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills or familiarity with data visualization tools is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred
