A fast-growing, Series B–backed B2B SaaS company in healthcare AI is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to be the first RevOps hire and build the GTM operating engine from the ground up.
This is a hands-on operator role. You’ll own tooling, process, forecasting, and deal mechanics end to end, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Location: San Francisco (hybrid, ~4 days in office)
Comp: $130k–$160k base + competitive equity
Visa: Transfers only, no sponsorship
What you’ll do
- Own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce admin, Marketo, BI, CPQ)
- Build forecasting models, commission calculations, and comp support
- Design territories, manage enrichment, and ensure clean data
- Establish and run Deal Desk
- Partner cross-functionally to scale GTM operations
Experience Needed
- RevOps at a growth-stage B2B SaaS startup
- Strong Salesforce and GTM systems experience
- Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- Analytical, commercial, and execution-focused
