Job Description:
Transcend is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) professional to optimize our full revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal & Technology. This is a highly cross-functional role suited for a seasoned operator who understands complex B2B fintech sales cycles, enterprise clients (banks, asset managers, insurers), and regulated financial products. This role is responsible for building the systems, processes, data infrastructure and insights that ensure streamlined customer deal-execution, high-quality decision-making and predictable growth. Qualifications & Experience
In addition to the below, a bachelor’s degree with at least 5-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related GTM operations roles (B2B SaaS, capital markets, fintech preferred). To thrive in this role, candidates should have a keen interest in the financial markets, technology and driving client success.
- Deep experience with CRM (Salesforce & HubSpot)
- Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy or Fintech Operations
- Understanding of enterprise B2B fintech sales to banks, asset managers and insurers.
- Experience with complex deal cycles, multi-stakeholder buying processes and regulated financial products
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Comfortable operating at strategic and hands-on execution levels
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Transcend’s end-to-end revenue operations framework, covering entire lifecycle from lead-to-closure, renewals, expansions and upsells.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and revenue predictability across all accounts
- Own and evolve the CRM and RevOps tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools).
- Create executive-level dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion metrics, ARR etc.
- Ensure clean, auditable revenue data aligned with Finance and investor reporting.
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Finance, Legal & Technology
- Partner with Product to align pricing and roadmap priorities
- Support Finance on revenue recognition inputs, planning and board/investor reporting
- Introduce best practices from high-growth SaaS and institutional FinTech environments.
