About the role:WebMD is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for our growing global business based in Newark, NJ. This position is responsible for managing digital media programs from sale through delivery, and providing management with regular updates on the status of all ad campaigns.The ideal candidate possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask, supporting sales team needs while serving as a communication liaison between program stakeholders within the organization. What you’ll be doing:- Collaborate with internal teams to problem solve, taking the lead on finding ways to strengthen business workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, reviewing and understanding contractual agreements for campaigns that are advertising on WebMD
- Work closely with management on revenue forecasting, and prioritizing client needs
- Communicate goals, program elements and timing to internal teams, providing regular updates on delays, changes in direction, guarantees, and budget shifts
What you’ll need to bring: - 2+ years of relevant work experience at a Digital or Media company
- The ability to work independently as well as within a structured team that is based in different countries
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to prioritize time sensitive requests within a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Adbook or FatTail a plus
