Mission
HyperVerge is building new product lines beyond its core identity verification business in India. The GTM Lead - New Initiatives will own the end-to-end journey of taking new products from idea to 5+ live, happy customers. After 2-3 successful 0-1 cycles, the natural path will be to take on the GM role for one of the businesses they helped build.
Outcomes Expected
- Lead problem discovery and validation for 1 new 0-1 initiative, taking it to 5+ live happy customers with NPS 9-10 and commercial validation by Month 6
- Build 3+ case studies with quantified customer outcomes by Month 9
- Establish a repeatable design partner engagement playbook that can be templated for future 0-1s by Month 12
- Lead 1 new 0-1 initiative per year, each to the same bar
