Its sector specialties include services, manufacturing, industrials, specialty retails, transportation and food & consumer. Today the sponsor owns 50+ portfolio companies and has $1B+ in cumulative capital commitments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: International manufacturing
- Functional: Top financial leader of a $75mm-$200mm international manufacturing company OR number two financial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $200mm-$600mm+ in revenue
- Orientation:CFO with deep international manufacturing experience, strong operational acumen, and a proven record of success driving growth in PE-backed businesses.
- Private Equity: Required
- Global Manufacturing: Required
- M&A: Solid integration experience preferred
- Tenure: 20-30+ years of progressive career success
