COMPENSATION GBP 3,000 – $5,000 per month, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead messaging-based sales and engagement teams for client accounts. This role focuses on revenue performance, team efficiency, and operational execution, while maintaining fast response times and high-quality audience engagement.
You will oversee supervisors and messaging agents, monitor daily performance metrics, and ensure smooth, secure account operations.

Team Managed: Messaging Supervisors & Engagement Agents
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Performance
- Manage daily messaging sales operations across multiple accounts
- Monitor and improve key metrics: Revenue per Hour (RevPH), Replies per Minute (RPM), response time (sub-2.5 minutes)
- Perform daily account health checks: income, resubscribe rates, revenue per fan, and chargebacks
- Identify operational issues early and implement corrective actions
- Execute monthly initiatives with clearly defined KPIs
Team Management
- Lead Messaging Supervisors and engagement teams
- Evaluate supervisor traffic and inbox management performance
- Handle hiring, training, performance reviews, and terminations
- Review individual agent performance (speed, response quality, and task handling)
- Maintain accountability while keeping team morale high
Quality, Security & Reporting
- Enforce engagement quality standards while meeting speed and sales targets
- Implement chargeback prevention and audience-blocking protocols
- Ensure account security, notification compliance, and platform rules
- Submit accurate End-of-Day (EOD) performance reports
QualificationsRequired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in a performance-driven environment
- Background in messaging-based sales, customer engagement, or online sales
- Experience with creator platforms or subscription-based digital products is a strong advantage
