Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Revenue Officer. The Chief Revenue Officer will oversee the company's revenue generation strategy, including developing and executing sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, managing lead generation, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include leading account management and sales teams, driving strategic planning efforts, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation, Sales, and fostering strong customer relationships
- Strong Account Management capabilities and experience in client retention and satisfaction
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and creating revenue-driven strategies
- Experience in Sales Operations and implementing efficient sales processes and tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage, motivate, and build high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable
- Prior experience in digital health, healthcare, or technology industries is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
