About The Role
We are hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to own and scale Duet’s end-to-end practice revenue engine — from first conversation with a clinician through practice launch, activation, retention, and expansion.
Revenue at Duet is realized only when independent practices grow, see patients, improve outcomes, and generate sustainable revenue. This role exists to design, operate, and continuously improve the systems that make that outcome repeatable and help turn our network of NP-led clinics into the largest force for primary care access in the country.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Revenue Operations works across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Product, and Operations to connect strategy to execution. You will define how practices move through the revenue lifecycle, where handoffs break down, which signals actually predict success, and how teams stay aligned as volume scales.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who has built revenue systems in complex, real-world SMB environments — where customer behavior, operational constraints, and incentives matter as much as forecasts. You will be accountable for turning revenue intent into realized revenue, not just pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own revenue strategy aligned with company goals, while executing against the executive team's strategic priorities.
- Translate executive-level revenue objectives into clear, actionable plans for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Set clear revenue targets, operating plans, and success metrics across sales, marketing, and the vendor marketplace.
- Lead execution of revenue initiatives, ensuring strategies move from planning to measurable results.
- Build and operate the systems, processes, and execution cadence that drive predictable revenue growth.
- Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and drive solutions.
- Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and operating rhythms for revenue teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, messaging, and priorities.
- Bring forward data-driven insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to leadership.
What You Bring
- 7-10+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, or GTM Strategy in a high growth startup environment
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and front-line providers in particular
- Clear, practical understanding of revenue operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Able to translate business needs into workflows, reports, and tools that drive alignment
- Strong communication skills that translate into cross-functional working relationships
- Experience project managing across different departments such as Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
