This is a newly created RevOps role supporting a fast-growing Startup. The RevOps Lead will fully own all revenue operations and GTM systems, stepping in to take over responsibilities currently handled by leadership and ensuring the business can scale smoothly.
This position is onsite at our client’s New York, NY office.
Job Description:
The Revenue Operations Lead will build systems, processes, and reporting foundations to support the company's growth from hundreds to thousands of customers and expand the growth team from 15 to over 100 members. The role involves integrating technology stacks and automating processes to enhance productivity and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
• Integrate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay analytics, finance systems) for seamless data flow across teams
• Design and implement automations to reduce manual work and create scalable revenue processes
• Establish a single source of truth for reporting revenue and funnel performance within the first 6 months
• Track and report attribution across top-of-funnel channels for actionable insights
• Own the CRM system for revenue workflows, ensuring data accuracy and system improvements
• Partner with Finance and Operations to manage billing and reconciliation workflows
• Manage sales enablement across verticals, including quota tracking and territory planning
• Evaluate and implement new tools to reduce manual work across the growth organization
Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years experience in a Growth / GTM-related role at a startup or growth-stage company
• Highly analytical and systems-minded
• Resourceful with a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Cross-functional and collaborative
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior RevOps experience
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
• Familiarity with finance systems and analytics tools
