We are hiring our first Revenue Operations leader.
This is not a maintenance role. This is an architecture role.
You will design, build, and own the Revenue Operating System across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, AM, PLG, and Support.
The Role
As our first RevOps hire, you will consolidate, structure, and operationalize data across all GTM departments. You will create visibility, build intelligent triggers and levers, and enable better decision-making at every level of the revenue organization.
You will work directly with the CRO and executive team on:
- Data architecture and consolidation across all GTM systems
- HubSpot ownership and workflow optimization
- Pricing strategy support and contract modeling
- Funnel performance analysis and forecasting
- Cross-department process design and implementation
- Executive reporting and board-level analytics
This role will evolve into building and leading a RevOps team.
What You’ll Own1. GTM Data Architecture
- Consolidate data across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, PLG, and Support
- Build clean attribution models
- Create standardized definitions across the funnel
- Ensure data hygiene and enforce required fields and processes
2. HubSpot System Ownership
- Redesign pipelines and lifecycle stages
- Build workflows, sequences, automation, alerts, and triggers
- Create dashboards that actually drive decisions
- Improve reporting accuracy and forecasting precision
3. Revenue Performance Levers
- Identify drop-offs in funnel performance
- Build alerts when conversion metrics decline
- Create triggers tied to usage, expansion, and churn risk
- Support initiatives that improve MQL to SQL, close rate, NDR, and CAC payback
4. Pricing and Contract Strategy Support
- Analyze deal data and pricing performance
- Support packaging changes with quantitative modeling
- Create financial visibility around discounting, margins, and payback
5. Cross-Department Process Architecture
- Improve handoffs between Marketing, Sales, CS, AM, and Partnerships
- Build scalable onboarding and retention tracking processes
- Design operational systems that grow with headcount
Who You Are
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or similar GTM operations roles
- Deep HubSpot expertise is required
- Experience supporting companies from Seed to Series A and/or Series A to Series B
- Startup-native and comfortable building from scratch
- Analytical and systems-driven
- Comfortable working with executives and presenting data clearly
- Able to translate numbers into action
