General description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Analyst EMEA who will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets. The role manages sales administration, oversees business analytics and attainment planning, and direct CRM enablement. It cooperates closely with finance and operations and the corresponding stakeholders across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Carries out reports and evaluations of the sales data from the EMEA region in coordination with the finance department
- Supports the annual budgeting process and analyses the EMEA budget and variances to plan by brand and region
- Develops and maintains sales forecasting processes
- Monitors key sales KPIs in CRM and creates sales reports, monthly business reports, and presentations for the senior sales management team
- Supports the sales department members with quantitative data and statistics regarding the sales data from their regions
- Provides accurate sales compensation reporting and achievement by sales employees to plan/target
- Drives CRM Adoption by providing onboarding support and training to new hires, ongoing training as needed for existing employees, and identifying/remedying CRM usage, workflow, reporting and process issues to improve data integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business/Economics with focus on Sales, Controlling, or Statistics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics focused on Sales, Marketing, product or customer analysis and applying advanced predictive algorithms
- towards the creation of reporting and/or dashboard solutions
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly and effectively to a wide audience of relevant partners
- Capable of building meaningful presentations and analyses that tell a story to influence and drive executive decision
- Expert skill in Excel including advanced use of pivot tables and formulas
- Very good knowledge of Navision and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment is desirable
- Comfortable working with large and complex data sets
- Proficiency in using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
