Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Role Description
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Verify raw material usage vs finished goods output
- Supervise master chefs and factory helpers
- Ensure: Hygiene and food safety standards
- Machinery cleanliness and basic maintenance checks
- Report production quantity and wastage daily
2. Retail Shop Supervision (7 Shops)
- Visit assigned shops as per schedule
- Check: Opening and closing procedures
- Staff attendance and discipline
- Display, cleanliness, and product availability
- Verify daily sales reports submitted by shop staff
3. Stock & Inventory Control
- Cross-check : Factory stock
- Dispatch stock
- Shop-level stock
- Monitor inter-branch stock transfers
- Report shortages, excess, or discrepancies immediately
4. Cash & Sales Monitoring
- Verify Daily cash collections
- UPI / card settlements (as per accountant report)
- Ensure sales are recorded properly in all shops
- Flag abnormal sales variations or suspected leakage
5. Staff Discipline & Control
- Ensure staff follow: Working hours
- Company rules
- Uniform and hygiene standards
- Report repeated negligence, absenteeism, or misconduct
- Support onboarding and basic training of new staff
6. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate dispatch from factory to shops
- Verify quantities before dispatch and after receipt
- Track pending deliveries and delays
7. Reporting & Communication
- Submit daily reports covering: Production
- Dispatch
- Shop sales summary
- Submit weekly reports on:
- Stock status
- Staff issues
- Operational risks and improvement suggestions
