Job Summary An Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant works with business and sales teams to design, configure, and optimize quoting, pricing, and approval processes in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines). The role focuses more on business logic and process design than deep technical scripting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams

Design end-to-end CPQ processes (Quote, Commerce, Proposal)

Configure product models, attributes, rules, and dependencies

Define pricing structures, discount rules, and approval workflows

Configure quote lifecycle and document generation templates

Support UAT, user training, and go-live activities

Work with technical teams on BML scripting and integrations

Handle production support, enhancements, and change requests

Ensure CPQ solution aligns with order-to-cash business processes
🔹 Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines)

Excellent understanding of sales, pricing, and quoting processes

Experience in product configuration and approvals

Functional knowledge of CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud / Salesforce)

Good understanding of ERP integration concepts
