The Business Applications Project Specialist partners closely with department leaders to understand their needs, streamline workflows, and deliver enhancements that make everyday work easier and more efficient.
This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and looking to grow their professional career in project management or building Power Apps and automation.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the bridge between IT and business teams, identifying inefficiencies and driving intuitive, effective automation and workflow improvement.
- Manage and support daily operations across Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Power Platform tools.
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain system access and security, and keep platforms running smoothly.
- Assist with building and maintenance of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports to streamline business processes.
- Provide onboarding and training while developing helpful user guides, release notes, and other resources.

- Project Management background
Nice to Have Skills:
- Microsoft certificates (PL-900 or MB-910)
- Creating custom connector APIs for Webhooks
