✨ Mission
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Ops & Automation expert/wizard/warrior to help scale Cede Hub’s commercial and operational engine.
Your mission is to simplify, automate, and structure how we operate, by building reliable workflows, maintaining clean and actionable data, and supporting client nurturing across our ecosystem (token issuers, CEXs, and partners).
This role combines automation execution, sales operations, light finance ops, and admin account management with clients and partners. You’ll work closely with:
- the business team
- the ops team
- product team
- the marketing team
This is a high-ownership execution role with real impact on how Cede Hub operates as we scale.
📌 What you’ll own/Example Missions
1. Operations & Systems
- Build and maintain workflows using HubSpot, Zapier / Make / n8nHubSpot ↔ Telegram (routing, reminders, notifications) and/or maintaining and optimizing our service providers helping us on this
- Typeform → HubSpot (structured data collection and auto-updated fields)
- Operational & accounting support: payments (FIAT & crypto), invoicing, reporting, payroll/multisig ops, and Pennylane workflow optimization (invoice sync & reconciliation).
- Sales / Finance / Ops data alignment ensuing CRM data quality is as per the SOPs, create process SOPs, and document end-to-end processes (steps, tools, and handoffs).
- Product Operations such as CEX API testing, wallets & CEX accounts support.
2. Client & Partner Management
- Act as the main administrative point of contact post-deal, ensuring clients (TI) and partners (CEX, MM and others) are kept informed throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Manage post-closing account support via async channels (Telegram, email), providing updates on campaign performance, timelines, and deliverables — no sales calls, negotiations, or renewals ownership (subject to evolve)
- Handle contract administration: signature coordination, document tracking, and confirmation of fund reception/tx test
- Set up and maintain automated follow-ups, reminders, and lifecycle status updates to support the sales team
- Support the organization of IRL events involving the Cede team, partners, and clients
- Support PR and other inbound initiatives in order to grow the closing opportunities of Cede and brand awareness (registering to event’s speaker applications, pushing articles on medias, …)
3. CRM, Reporting & Insights
- Maintain clean, actionable CRM data (CRM updates, invoice matching, documentation, etc.)
- Creating Dashboards, reporting, analyzing sales tread identification, take actions based on data driven insights
- Automation of CRM updates, data entry, and invoice matching
- Support the sales team in maintaining an updated CRM and internal dashboards (client status, campaign lifecycle, reporting)
You’ll have a 360° view of how a crypto startup operates — from strategic discussions to the nitty-gritty of keeping the engine running. If you enjoy problem-solving but are also comfortable with operations, detail-oriented work, this role will be a great fit.
✅ Requirements
- Strong English must be fluent (written + spoken, daily working language)
- Proven experience building automations for real business processes (not just experiments)
- Comfortable in Sales Ops / CRM operations (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong dashboarding / performance monitoring experience which is detail-oriented, structured, reliable, and fast at execution
- Ownership mindset you don’t wait for perfect instructions to move things forward with a high integrity and discretion with sensitive data
- Quick learner or basic understanding of Web3 ecosystem (CEXs, market makers, token issuers).
- Strong communication skills for a cross-team role, including clear written and verbal updates
- Excellent note-taking, summarization, and structured thinking skills
😃 Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting/financial tools (Pennylane, Qonto, or equivalents).
- Familiarity with Web3 / crypto operations (trading, CEX ecosystem, token issuers and market making space).
- French proficiency.
