Responsibilities
As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s operational performance by managing tools, processes, and business data with a strong focus on sales activities. At the heart of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will serve as the HubSpot reference and actively contribute to optimizing workflows, reporting, and sales efficiency. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement.
This role offers high business exposure, rapid skill development, a cross-functional view of the company, and interaction with top management.
Your main responsibilities are to:
1. CRM Management – HubSpot
- Act as a HubSpot functional administrator
- Manage CRM configuration: pipelines, properties, objects, workflows, automations
- Ensure data quality and reliability
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Train and support business users when needed (Sales, Marketing)
- Propose process optimizations through HubSpot
- Document and improve Sales & marketing processes
- Support the CS Team in the technical implementation of processes in HB
- Automate workflows to enhance sales productivity
2. Sales Operations - Maximizing Goodays’ Sales Engine
Pipeline Generation
- Inbound: Work closely with the Marketing team to set up prospecting sales activities linked to marketing campaigns on allocated accounts
- Outbound: Collaborate with Sales Management to design and implement outbound processes and organizational strategies. This includes prioritizing focus accounts, planning day-to-day activities, supporting the organization of “blitz days”…
- Support Sales Management in monitoring Account Executives' (AEs) activities through dedicated reporting
Pipeline Management
- Oversee the existing sales pipeline process and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and clarity
- Conduct forecast analysis based on sales activities
- Support Sales Management in territory planning and ongoing account allocation
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor sales performance & support Sales Mgmt in optimization and prioritization
- Track key business KPIs with a strong focus on sales funnel: pipeline, conversion, sales cycle, churn, NRR, sales productivity
- Produce regular dashboards & reports for sales management
- Identify areas for improving sales performance (workflows, tool stack…)
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering)
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps
- HubSpot experience required (administration, workflows, reporting)
- Experience in SaaS mandatory / scale-up environments highly valued (preferably B2B with long sales cycles)
- Experience with CX / Insights topic is highly appreciated
Key Skills
- Excellent mastery of HubSpot (certifications appreciated)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good understanding of Sales & Marketing challenges
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- French-speaking (native or fluent) mandatory
- Good command of English (equivalent B2)
