The role
As Sales Operations and Client Coordinator, you will work closely with the COO to help structure and elevate our post-sales and client onboarding experience.
You’ll design, implement and run scalable post-sales workflows, while ensuring that clients feel supported, informed, and well taken care of throughout the delivery process.
In parallel, you will help identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, support cross-selling of additional services, and contribute to unlocking new revenue opportunities within existing accounts..
This is a hands-on, builder, and client-facing role with real ownership, exposure to international clients, and a strong understanding of how a premium service company operates at scale.
What you’ll work on
- Act as a key post-sales and client contact, ensuring clear, professional and timely communication
- Support client onboarding and project follow-up, making sure requests are handled smoothly and efficiently
- Help design and automate post-sales and onboarding workflows
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the client lifecycle (e.g. additional locations, services, upgrades, or new use cases), and coordinate closely with the sales and leadership teams to act on them
- Coordinate between sales, creative, operations, tech and support teams to keep projects moving
- Experiment with AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and workflows
- Use and help improve simple tools (CRM, tracking, follow-ups) to support client experience
- Document processes, templates and best practices to improve team efficiency

By the end of the internship:
- Client communication is clearer, faster and more consistent
- Key post-sales workflows are structured, documented and partially automated
- Cross-sell and upsell opportunities are identified earlier and handled more systematically
- Repetitive manual tasks have been reduced using tools and AI-powered tech
- Operational friction is reduced without losing the human touch
- The company can scale while maintaining a premium client experience
- Internal teams rely on systems rather than ad-hoc processes
Who we’re looking for
- Bac +5 student (final-year internship) or recent graduate
- Background in business, operations, hospitality, management, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: you enjoy working with clients
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable discussing needs, identifying opportunities, and proposing solutions
- Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented
- Curious and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and curious about automation, AI and no-code tools
- Globally minded, interested in international and multicultural environments
- Fluent in English and French
