Role Description: You’ll own the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closure—while working closely with delivery leaders and executive management.
Responsibilities:
· Generate pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven out bounding
· Build and grow client relationships, expanding market share within MSAs and new enterprise accounts
· Manage full sales cycle - prospecting, development, negotiation, and deal closure
· Build, manage, and close a pipeline against set revenue targets
· Expected to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Experience:
· Background in logistics and proficiency in CRM software preferred.
· Total 10+ years of sales experience
· 5+ years of experience in working with a Logistics company
· 3+ years in IT staffing sales or account management
· A strong record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
