We’re partnering with a founder-led B2B SaaS business at a critical inflection point, backed by a minority growth equity investor, to appoint its first true CFO.
This is a hands-on, operator CFO role — not a cosmetic title — for someone who wants to shape how the business is run.
The mandate
- Scale a controller-led finance function into a true CFO organisation
- Professionalise cadence, metrics, forecasting, and decision-making
- Partner closely with founders and the Board as the business scales toward its next institutional milestone
- Own FP&A, SaaS metrics, commercial finance, and investor interaction end-to-end
The profile
- Step-up CFO or top-tier VP Finance already acting as the #1
- Strong B2B SaaS experience in the $20–50M ARR range
- Deep understanding of ARR quality, pricing, GTM efficiency, and forecasting
- Comfortable being in the detail — systems, accounting, and execution
- Credible operator with founders and investors (not a career “silverback”)
