My client is a fast-growing, PE-backed Digital Infrastructure (DI) company that has achieved consistent double-digit growth. They are looking to hire an SVP of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer to lead overall revenue strategy and drive the next phase of scale.
This executive will own all revenue functions across SMB, Enterprise, and Wholesale channels, with full accountability for go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, and sales performance. The role is both highly strategic and operational - ideal for a senior telecom and/or technology leader who thrives in building GTM frameworks, developing world-class sales teams, and shaping how a company competes and wins in the market.
Desired Experience:
• 15+ years of senior sales leadership within telecom or digital infrastructure
• Deep expertise in metro fiber, network solutions, internet, voice and IT premise environments
• Proven track record scaling revenue across SMB, Enterprise, and Wholesale channels
• Strong background in consultative / Challenger-style selling
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales organizations
Location: Illinois-based (flexible within or around the state) with some travel.
