Explore your future career 🔭
As our Incentive & Performance Specialist, you are the guardian of Malt’s commercial "behavioral engine." You translate our business strategy into clear, motivating pay plans and ensure they are perfectly executed. You are the point of truth for how our 170+ commercial Malters are rewarded for their impact.
Key Responsibilities ✨
- Compensation Design & Execution (25%): Lead the design and reviews of commercial team pay plans and own the "official playbook". You ensure the plans drive the right behaviors for the business
- System Implementation (20%): partner with our Sales Stack & Salesforce Product Managers as well as Data & FP&A Teams to ensure these plans are properly implemented within our internal systems (Salesforce, Looker, Amalia, Pigment). You ensure a seamless flow from a "Closed Won" deal in the CRM to a commission check
- Target Setting & Quota Management (25%): Drive the half-yearly target setting process & tools, working closely with Data, FP&A, and Commercial leads
- Performance Auditing (30%): Monitor individual performance (IC) to provide actionable insights. Back up the Planning & Performance owner on recurring and adhoc performance analysis. Support FP&A on quarterly achievement validations
About You 🧑🚀
- Background: 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting
- The "Why" over the "How": You care about the behavioral impact of a commission accelerator more than the technical configuration of the tool
- Influence: You are a strong communicator who can present performance insights to the Executive team and explain complex pay logic to the field teams
- Technical Stack: Advanced mastery of Excel/Google Sheets is a must. Experience with Looker, Amalia, Pigment, or Salesforce is highly preferred
- Stakeholder Partner: You are comfortable partnering with C&B (Compensation & Benefits) and FP&A to align incentives with the company budget
How to join the mission? 🚀

- Business case for you to complete and present to Matthieu and Louise Chomel in order to assess your skills for the role and presentation skills.
- Final interview with Edith Savoy to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
Malt is the perfect space to thrive personally and professionally 💫
