MaxHome is hiring a Business Operations Associate in Bangalore to partner with customers and internal teams to deploy our product, prove value quickly, and scale what works. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with strong business fundamentals who’s eager to learn, move fast, and own outcomes.
You’ll support customer discovery, help launch and configure the product, track impact, and turn successful engagements into repeatable playbooks.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Analysis
- Support customer discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and priorities
- Help translate problems into clear goals, metrics, and success criteria
- Assist in building simple business cases and pre/post impact analyses
Product Deployment & Execution
- Help configure product setups (data inputs, roles, templates, guardrails)
- Support pilots and production launches by tracking plans, risks, and timelines
- Monitor usage, quality, and SLAs; help prepare dashboards and summaries
- Assist with training, documentation, and customer enablement
Scale & Learn
- Document learnings into templates, checklists, and implementation guides
- Act as a product power user; flag issues and customer feedback to Product/Eng
- Support identification of new use cases and pilot ideas
What Makes You a Good Fit
- 0–2 years of experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or customer-facing roles
- MBA or formal business training (preferred, not required)
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers, metrics, and structured problem-solving
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Practical technical comfort: Excel/Sheets, CSVs, basic SQL or APIs a plus
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Exposure to BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience supporting software or SaaS deployments
- Interest or exposure to real estate, operations, or customer support workflows
