Position Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator ensures seamless execution of retail programs, sales operations, and shopper marketing. This role manages inventory, purchase orders, retailer programs, deductions, broker commissions, and reporting to support sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Retail Execution & Demos: Coordinate in-store demos, confirm details, manage materials, and report results.
· Sales Operations: Track and manage retailer POs, inventory levels, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate S&OP inputs (promo plans, pricing, demand drivers).
· Trade Deductions & Broker Commissions: Monitor, validate, and reconcile retailer deductions and broker commission payments. Partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing.
· Digital Shelf & Marketing: Ensure accurate product listings online; support shopper marketing programs and media campaigns.
· Analytics & Reporting: Analyze POS and inventory data; provide weekly account tracking and ad hoc insights.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance; resolve retailer issues promptly.
· Item Setup: Manage item setup and maintenance across retailer portals for new launches and transitions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
· 1–3 years in sales operations, CPG, or retail marketing preferred.
· Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with retailer portals and Instacart.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.

Salary
$70,000-80,000/year
