We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium CPG brand in the protein space that is looking to add a Sales Operations Coordinator to their team.
This is a highly execution-focused role supporting key distributor relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations with national distributors and key accounts
- Support demand forecasting and maintain healthy inventory levels
- Oversee order flow from purchase order through fulfillment
- Execute promotions, new item setups, and distributor submissions
- Monitor and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues in real time
- Maintain reporting on sales performance, inventory, and fill rates
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, and supply chain teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in CPG sales ops, operations, or inside sales
- Experience working with major distributors (UNFI, KeHE, or similar)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
