About the Role
We are building a startup as a serious, execution-driven marketplace business. This role is for someone who can run day-to-day e-commerce operations independently, without constant supervision.
This is not a strategy-only or reporting role. This is a hands-on ownership role where you will manage marketplace execution, inventory, supply chain coordination, and vendor follow-ups across platforms like Flipkart and Amazon.
If you have worked with alpha sellers, aggregators, or high-volume marketplace operators, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution across marketplaces (Flipkart primary, Amazon secondary)
- Inventory planning based on DRR / velocity and raising POs accordingly
- End-to-end PO management: creation, tracking, follow-ups with vendors
- Coordination with 3PL warehouses for inward, outward, storage, and reconciliations
- Hands-on work on Seller Hubs: issue resolution, escalations, listing hygiene
- Maintain and operate business systems in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ensure operational discipline without dependency on the founder
This role requires doing the work yourself, not delegating everything.

Mandatory Skill Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent Excel & Google Sheets skills WITHOUT the use of AI tools, Power Query, or Pivot Tables
- Experience in inventory planning, PO management, and 3PL coordination
