Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Duration: 06 months contract
Location: Local candidates only 2N Meridian, Indy.- Hybrid
Max Pay Rate:$42.23/Hour Max (On W2 terms, without any benefits)
Job Description :
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintain robust tracking of all ODA budgets; complete all Finance deliverables on time and as requested.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of business operations strategies.
• Assist with developing and maintaining metrics and reports to track ODA’s performance and efficiency.
• Assist with updating or drafting new job descriptions to ensure ODA positions are properly classified by SPD and team member duties are aligned with current operational needs.
• Collaborate with the CDO, Deputy CDO, and team directors to test and implement new systems or procedures to improve ODA’s efficiency and workflow.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, showcasing findings and recommendations.
• Provide project coordination and communications support as needed for business operations projects.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other state statutes related to protecting data confidentiality and individual privacy.
• Support Data Transformation projects and activities, as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
Physical Effort:
Requires sitting for long periods in front of a computer.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed indoors in a routine office environment
Required / Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in business administration, operations and management, project management, or another related field
- Direct applicable experience in business operations analysis or project management
- Understanding of business operations and procedures in a technical or data and analytics environment
- Budget management experience
- DevOps experience
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with multiple and fluid demands
- Ability to maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external customers
