RoleThis is a high ownership role for someone who loves jumping into the messy middle of a business, finding the real bottlenecks, and moving the numbers.
You’ll work directly with the founders and own the operating engine behind growth: funnel performance, conversion drivers, and the systems that turn users into customers. You’ll run the weekly cadence of insight to decision to execution.
We’re looking for someone with a "ask for forgiveness, not permission” mindset. You’ll be expected to see what’s broken, fix it, and keep pushing until the numbers move.
Responsibilities- Revenue and Outbound Engagement
- Conduct user interviews and outbound calls with a focus on couples who’ve signed up but haven’t committed yet. Identify blockers and help convert interest into action.
- Turn what you’re hearing into structured insights and recommendations for product and operations
- Own the early conversion motion day to day and continuously improve it through tighter scripts, clearer workflows, and faster follow-through.
2) Funnel Metrics & Decisions to Action
- Own funnel metrics end to end. Calculate conversion rates, monitor drop-offs, and surface what’s changing week over week.
- Build and maintain reporting. Focus on weekly scorecards, dashboards, and operating metrics that drive decisions.
- Turn insights into results fast. Use funnel data and what you hear from users to spot the biggest bottlenecks, then take action to improve conversion through tighter scripts, clearer workflows, and faster follow-through.
- Run experiments that move the numbers. Prioritize the highest-leverage hypotheses, test process changes, and measure impact on conversion, speed, and customer experience.
3) Operational Systems & Partner Ops
- Run support and live inquiries for couples and attorney partners. Deliver fast, thoughtful responses, then track repeat issues and fix root causes to reduce volume over time.
- Build and maintain the operating system. Create playbooks and checklists for customer support, attorney handoffs, case tracking, and quality checks.
- Make the partner experience excellent. Improve attorney onboarding and day-to-day workflows to reduce back-and-forth and increase speed and quality.
- Use automation and AI where it improves speed and consistency without compromising trust.

Qualifications- Preferred: MBA from a top-tier university
- 5+ years experience in consulting, BizOps/RevOps, strategy & ops, or high-ownership operations at a fast-paced startup.
- Strong analytical toolkit (Excel/Sheets required; SQL and analytics tools a big plus).
- Excellent written + verbal communicator: can write crisp recs and run a clean call.
- Customer-first mindset: you can deliver speed + empathy in a sensitive journey.
