Company Overview
KBF by Audi Contractors is seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to own and scale all revenue-generating functions across our portfolio of brands, including KBF, flooring operations, rebranding initiatives, and closet system companies under the Audi Contractors umbrella.
This is a key executive leadership role with full accountability for top-line revenue growth and a direct seat at the executive table.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, build, and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple business units
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, sales pipelines, pricing models, and partnerships
- Drive customer acquisition and retention across remodeling, flooring, and specialty contracting services
- Align sales with marketing, operations, and customer success to create predictable, scalable growth
- Set and exceed aggressive revenue targets while improving efficiency and profitability
- Establish repeatable sales processes and performance metrics across the organization.

- 5+ YEARS IN DESIGN SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED
Compensation & Incentives
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward strong performance and long-term growth.
Base Salary
- Starting base salary of $125,000 annually
- Opportunity for permanent base salary increases tied to achieved annual revenue milestones
Performance Bonus
- Annual cash bonus based on company revenue growth beyond an established baseline
- Bonus is calculated as a percentage of incremental revenue and increases at higher growth tiers
- Bonus eligibility begins once revenue exceeds the annual threshold
- Bonuses are paid following fiscal year-end confirmation, with a portion paid shortly after confirmation and the remainder paid later to support retention
