Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Plainview, NY, for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, streamline processes, and collaborate with teams to meet goals. The role involves monitoring and managing key performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and enhancing operational efficiency to support revenue growth. Additionally, the manager will play a critical role in optimizing customer satisfaction and contributing to overall business success.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to assess data, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance client relationships and deliver a high-quality service experience.
Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, present insights, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Experience with sales operations tools and platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
