What You Will Own
- Lead And Develop Customer Service / Sales Operations Team
- Coordinate With Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing, Digital Ops, Ecommerce Management
- Work towards Automations and the incorporation of Ai in our workflows.
- Ensure Orders Are Being Correctly and Rapidly Processed
- Coordinate With Finance On A/R
- Coordinate With Digital Ops and Ecommerce To Continuously Improve Customer Service, Netsuite ERP, Warranty
- Participate In S&OP Meetings And Execute As Planned
- Participate In Leadership Training
- Most Importantly - You Are A Skilled Process Writer And Will Religiously And Continuously Improve And Document The Processes
- Troubleshoot / Problem Solve / Continuously Improve All Of The Above
