Confidential CFO - Hands On Builder
Early stage lending fund seeks a
capital markets-oriented CFO to
own institutional reporting,
support large scale capital inflows, and help
scale an asset backed lending platform.
Responsibilities include hands‑on ownership of accounting, financial controls, and institutional reporting; managing audit and compliance processes; and supporting capital raises and lender diligence with banks and institutional partners.
Must Haves:
- Ideal backgrounds: investment banking, private credit/PE, institutional lending, credit funds, or specialty finance platforms.
- Proven CFO or VP finance experience required with direct experience in institutional and facility reporting, audit/compliance, and presenting to ICs, allocators, and banks.
- Comfortable in lean environments; proven experience owning all accounting and finance functions.
- Must be close to the numbers and a builder mindset; equity‑motivated and long‑term oriented.
Competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, and meaningful equity participation.
Must currently live in metro Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate upon acceptance.
