Overview:
We are seeking a highly efficient and proactive Deal Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract to provide critical support to the team. This role is essential to maintaining operational momentum, supporting our sales teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-value incentive programs for our largest global clients during our peak season.
This position will focus specifically on the operational execution and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience and proficiency with deal management systems.
- Demonstrable operational knowledge of commercial programs.
- Proven experience in an operational support, deal desk, or program coordination role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset to effectively support and guide sales teams.
- Ability to onboard quickly and make an immediate impact with minimal ramp-up time.
