What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately calculate costs and prepare quotations, ensuring pricing and policies are correct.
- Process customer orders efficiently, track progress, and resolve queries or complaints.
- Maintain accurate CRM and order records.
- Support cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in internal sales, estimating, or related roles.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience is a bonus.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
