The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead global revenue strategies across enterprise SaaS solutions that empower brands to mitigate supply chain disruptions, ensure ESG compliance, and drive operational resilience. With a focus on scaling ARR through direct sales, partnerships, and customer expansion, you'll lead high-performing teams spanning Asia, the US, Europe, and beyond. This role demands a global mindset to capture market share in fast-evolving industries like retail, manufacturing, and tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute global go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth, targeting enterprise clients worldwide.
- Oversee sales, customer success, and partnerships across APAC, North America, EMEA, and emerging markets.
- Build and mentor world-class revenue teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal velocity, and expansion revenue while optimizing CAC and LTV metrics.
- Collaborate with product and operations to align offerings with customer needs in supply chain visibility and risk mitigation.
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years in SaaS revenue leadership, ideally in supply chain, logistics, compliance, or enterprise software; proven track record scaling global teams to $100M+ ARR.
- Experience thriving in APAC, US, or Europe markets, with deep insights into cross-border enterprise sales.
- Strategic visionary: data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on leader who excels in high-growth environments.
- Strong commercial acumen in negotiations, forecasting, and P&L impact; exceptional at building C-suite relationships.
- Open to relocation or hybrid based in Hong Kong, US, or Europe hubs.
