In this critical role, you will support the launch and success of a new Business Development unit, focusing on building operational infrastructure and processes to identify and close new client opportunities. Your expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, and project management will ensure the efficiency and scalability of our sales operations. Accountabilities

Design and improve sales processes for new business development functions.
Establish operational playbooks and standardized procedures.
Evaluate the opportunity lifecycle to maximize conversion rates.
Manage CRM administration and ensure data integrity.
Develop pricing guidelines and coordinate with vendor relations.
Identify bottlenecks in sales processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations.
Knowledge of promotional products or related industry.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting tools.
