Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL, for a Sales Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing and optimizing sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and team performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing operational strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with teams to improve workflows and achieve organizational goals. The Sales Operations Manager will also serve as a critical point of contact for supporting the sales team and facilitating communication across departments to drive business growth.
