The CFO will serve as a business and strategic partner/advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors and
Foundation Board of Trustees to develop and execute upon the company’s overall strategic plan. The
individual will lead and oversee the fiscal management of the organization: Accounting, budgeting,
reporting, treasury, financial planning forecasting, analysis functions and investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four year college or university,
MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or CPA preferred
- Ten years’ experience in the CFO position in an acute care hospital, home health agency or a
hospice preferred
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, interpersonal, management, and leadership
Skills
- Work independently and able to partner effectively with other executives and all levels of
employees within the company, on the Board, and with the company’s partners and vendors
- Highly positive attitude and the ability to both participate in and lead various projects within
a dynamic team
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite products, Excel and report writing tools.
- Thorough understanding and experience in the healthcare management market space, particularly,
CMS rules, regulations and payment models.
Key Result Areas
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports
- Lead the development of the company’s annual budget and overall financial modeling, strategic
growth, planning and analysis. Interface with the CEO, the Executive Team and specific directors to
evaluate and advice on the financial impact of short and long term business development and
operational plans. Plan and execute methods to meet the overall objectives on a monthly, quarterly
and annual basis.
- Participate on and serve as an advisor to the Finance, Investment and Risk Board
Committees
- Work with all external audit services on timely completion of audits with anticipated compliance
to all regulatory standards
- Directly responsible to lead and oversee Accounting, Payroll and Billing teams. If changes occur
in the organizational structure, these duties may shift.
- Partner with the Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable state and
federal laws
- Participate as an active supporter of the Treasure Health compliance program, including an
emphasis to report, as well as comply with all Federal, State and Local laws as well as the
organization’s compliance program
- Serve on the organization’s Compliance Committee quarterly
- Act as an advisor to the CEO and Board for contract management
- Maintain a high level of urgency, customer consciousness and service excellence
- Fulfill all responsibilities related to the success of the strategic plan of the organization,
as requested and assigned

Position will be categorized as category III (involves no routine or potential exposure to blood,
body fluids/tissues).
Working Conditions
- Typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in
handling
- Sedentary – Exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human
body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing

or days in the event of an emergency, crisis situation or disaster (man-made or natural) including
