Investor Relations: Strengthening transparent communication with stakeholders and external shareholders. Presenting high-impact financial narratives (EBITDA, ROE, ROI) to the Board and investor community.
ERP Implementation: Leading the group-level transition and implementation of a new ERP system to streamline reporting and operational efficiency.
