Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Ahmedabad. The CFO will oversee financial planning, analyze financial performance, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also includes developing strategies for long-term financial growth, managing financial risks, and providing leadership to the finance team. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to support business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and preparation of Financial Statements
- Comprehensive knowledge of core Finance and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in risk management and developing financial forecasts
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a financial team
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any relevant field; a CPA, CA, or CFA certification is a plus
- Significant prior experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
