About the Opportunity
A privately held residential real estate development platform in Central Texas is seeking a strategic, capital-markets-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team.
This is not a traditional back-office accounting role. The business is looking for a finance executive with deep experience in land acquisition, development underwriting, and capital structuring who can help scale a residential platform through disciplined growth and structured financial strategy.
The CFO will work directly with ownership to support expansion, optimize capital deployment, and structure profitable development opportunities.
