CFO / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – FRACTIONAL – AUSTIN, TEXAS

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a fractional CFO, you’ll partner with business owners and leadership teams to:
- Shape strategic direction and identify risks
- Drive profitability and improve cash flow
- Secure funding or guide business exits
- Strengthen compliance and optimize tax/legal structures
- Implement KPI reporting and enhance systems and controls
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and business planning
HOW IT WORKS
This is a self-employed (1099) role within a proven model that combines autonomy with the backing of a global organization. You’ll build a portfolio of clients, each on a part-time basis, supported by a collaborative team of CFOs. We offer comprehensive onboarding, mentoring, and access to a worldwide network of experts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a CFO
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or finance degree
- Strong relationship builder and team player
- Proven success in consultative selling and business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a breadth of sector experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
