Smarttech247 is hiring a Revenue & Bid Analyst (Sales Operations) to play a key role in scaling our high-growth journey.
This is a data-driven, commercially focused role where you’ll work closely with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, optimise pipeline performance and enhance how we win and deliver strategic deals.
You’ll also help shape how we use AI and automation across the sales function, whilst improving efficiency, insight and decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end bid and proposal process, increasing efficiency and win rates.
- Analyse bid outcomes and identify trends to improve future performance.
- Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Partner with sales leadership to track performance, identify risks, and highlight growth opportunities.
- Enhance CRM data quality and contribute to system and process improvements.
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI-driven tools and automation within sales operations.
- Contribute to broader revenue operations initiatives as the business scales.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets essential).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and/or BI tools.
- Exposure to bid/RFP processes is beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and emerging tools (including AI).
