Bridge LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Operations Assistant to support daily administrative, operational, and client coordination activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and plays a key part in keeping business processes running smoothly.
You will work closely with management and internal teams to coordinate scheduling, documentation, communications, and operational workflows. The successful candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable handling multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and professional staff
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal schedules
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems and records
- Assist with client communication, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding documentation and internal procedures
- Track deadlines, tasks, and project progress across departments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Assist with vendor coordination and office organization
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow processes
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of administrative, office coordination, or business support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Discretion in handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in professional services or corporate office environment
- Familiarity with CRM or document management systems
