Role Description
Preferably for a CA. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Ludhiana. The CFO will be responsible for developing and overseeing the financial strategy of the company. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring company financial health, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. The CFO will also manage the finance team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proficiency in creating, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or MBA qualification is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant industry experience in manufacturing or related sectors is preferred
