Responsibilities:
« Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and
forecasting aligned with business goals
« Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and
financial controls
+ Provide strategic insights to support growth,
expansion, and investment decisions
« Manage financial reporting, compliance, and
regulatory requirements
« Work closely with founders on fundraising, investor
relations, and capital structuring
« Build and lead a high-performing finance team
« Support operational and strategic initiatives as part
of the core leadership team
Requirements
+ 10+ years’ progressive finance experience, including
5+ years in a senior leadership or CFO / Finance
Director role
+ Proven experience scaling high-growth businesses
within regulated financial services
« Strong commercial acumen with the ability to
balance growth, risk, and control
+ Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting,
cash flow, and capital management
« Strong track record working with boards, auditors,
and regulators
« Experience building and leading high-calibre
finance teams
+ Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA,
CIMA or equivalent); MBA a plus
